Click on the Sign In button at the top of the Homepage. You will then be directed to enter your login ID and password.
If you have not already created a Profile, you will need to do so by clicking on Create Profile at the top of the homepage or on the Sign In page. Please refer to "How do I create a Profile" below.
Invalid login ID – You have entered an invalid login ID. You must use the login ID created when establishing a profile. Please verify that you have entered your login ID correctly.
Invalid password – You have entered an invalid password. Please verify that your password is entered correctly and try again. (Passwords are case sensitive.)
Your password must be a minimum of 8 characters and contain at least 3 of the following: upper case letter, lower case letter, number, or special character. Passwords are case sensitive and must not contain spaces.
Click on Create Profile on the Sign In page. You will then be asked to enter your member number and phone number on file. Once your membership has been verified, you will be taken to the profile form where you can set up your login ID and password.
Please provide the required fields, including your full name and e-mail address. Login IDs must be a minimum of five characters, contain at least one letter, and have no spaces or special characters (with the exception of a period or underscore.)

In the Password Hint field, enter a hint that will help you remember your password. Your actual password may not be contained in the hint. If you forget your password, the hint will be displayed as a reminder.

No. A membership is only allowed one profile. You can edit the password and security question information associated with the profile, but the name cannot be modified. Please note, that confirmations can be made in someone else’s name, at no cost to you.
Yes. You can update the information found on your profile by first signing in to your online account and then selecting the Profile link in the Account drop-down menu on the upper right-hand corner on the homepage. You can then click on the Edit button in each section to make changes. Once you have finished updating your profile information, remember to click the Save button.
To update or renew your membership, sign in to your profile and select Membership under the Account drop-down. If your membership is renewable, you can select Renew and proceed to finalize the renewal.

It is important to note that only one LTP Member contact is allowed per LTP Membership.
Loyalty points may only be awarded to one person. As such, the membership is limited to the one contact that is enrolled in the loyalty points program. LTP Members may make purchases on behalf of other travelers. Getaways may be gifted to anyone that is age 21 or older at no additional fee. In addition, LTP members may store travel profiles for multiple individuals for ease of use when making travel reservations (cruise, hotel, car, air, and things to do) that includes family/friends.
During the creation of your profile, you will be asked to provide a password hint that will serve as a reminder if you forget your password. For example, if your password is Chloe, then your password hint can be Oldest Daughter's Name." Your actual password may not be contained in the hint.
On the Sign In page, select the Forgot Password? link and enter your login ID. You can then click on the Password Hint button, enter your email or phone number on file, and your password hint will be displayed. You can also select Reset Password and answer your security questions to proceed.
Once you are successfully signed in, you can change your password at any time. Select the Profile link under the Account drop-down on the upper right-hand corner on the homepage. You will then be directed to your profile where you can click Edit to make changes to your password.
Leisure Time Passport membership offers you valuable discounts on Getaway vacations and other exciting travel opportunities. After most travel, you will earn Loyalty Points, which you can redeem toward future travel. Your membership number can be found on your Leisure Time Passport membership card, or my selecting Membership under the Account drop-down when signed in to your profile.
You cannot edit or change your membership number or membership name. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact the membership department by e-mail or phone. To view contact information, please select Contact Us under the Account drop-down when signed in to your profile.
After signing in to your profile, your membership expiration date can be found in the Membership section under the Account drop-down at the upper right-hand corner.

You may elect to save a payment method, such as a debit or credit card to your Profile. If there is a problem charging your designated payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your Profile. Visit the Payment Method Information under the “Profile” section to manage your payment options.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF LEISURE TIME PASSPORT Resort Getaways Getaways are resort accommodations of seven nights. We cannot guarantee the fulfillment of a specific request. Holidays and highly demanded weeks are generally not available through the Program. Getaway confirmations are FINAL and NONREFUNDABLE. Getaway accommodations may only be used for personal and noncommercial purposes. Only the individual named on the confirmation and persons traveling with that individual may occupy the accommodations. Members are expressly prohibited from selling or renting their Getaway accommodations or otherwise using them for commercial purposes. The applicable Getaway fee is based upon the unit size, the location of the accommodations, and the occupancy date, and is subject to any applicable tax. Some jurisdictions have imposed a tax on the occupant of resort accommodations. Consequently, any bed tax, transient occupancy tax, or similar tax that is imposed shall, in those circumstances, be the responsibility of the Getaway purchaser. You may be required to contact the resort to which you are confirmed prior to arrival to prepay taxes and certain other resort fees. Additionally, you are responsible for all personal charges (e.g., telephone calls, meals, and use of resort amenities) at the resort, and any mandatory all-inclusive meal plan or other permissible charges imposed by the resort, as well as any damage to or loss or theft from the resort accommodations and facilities that are caused by Members or their guests. WVT reserves the right to limit the number of Getaway confirmations issued to a particular Member annually or during in any given occupancy period or the number of units confirmed to a Member for any given resort or travel date. Additional terms and conditions may apply. Members earn 3 Loyalty Points per each $1 dollar paid for a Resort Getaway excluding taxes and charges. Loyalty Points will be awarded for all-inclusive and/or resort fees that are paid to WVT in connection with payment of the Resort Getaway. Members can redeem available Loyalty Points to pay for partial or full cost of a Resort Getaway, excluding taxes and any insurance. Loyalty Points may be redeemed to pay for all-inclusive and/or resort fees collected by WVT in connection with payment of the Resort Getaway.
